Sofia Grimoldi is an Argentinian visual artist and creative director working across image making, visual direction, and collaborative projects.
Her practice moves between photography, moving image, and visual direction, shaping mood, narrative, and form across different contexts and collaborations.
She works with a range of media including film photography, motion picture, digital capture, and analogue printing processes. Her approach extends beyond image-making into creative direction, developing the visual language and conceptual atmosphere of projects from initial idea through to execution.
Influenced by film, storytelling, and visual culture, her work explores how images construct emotion, rhythm, and narrative across still and moving forms. Her practice is intuitive and adaptive, blending traditional and experimental techniques depending on the atmosphere of each project.
Now based in Northern Rivers, AUS.
